Breath of Life Walk-A-Thon and other info
August 21, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.- Noon District 4 Des Moines Area chapter will host a Breath of Life Walk-a-thon at Grey Lake in Des Moines Iowa
Registration is $20.00 per person and begins at 8:00 am (click here for more information)
August 21, 2010 9:00 am - District 7 & Council Bluffs Chapter #441 will host a Breath of Life Walk-a-thon at Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge in Council Bluffs. Meet at the Council Bluffs Masonic Temple 130 South 6th Street to caravan to the Bob Kerry Pedstrian Bridge. Walk starts at 9:30 a.m. The 1.8 mile walk is across the Missouri river and state lines. (It's the only walk to cross state lines) Donation of $10 suggested includes bottle of water for the walk and a lunch at the Masonic Temple. (click here for more information)

Annual Harvest Smorgasbord serving from
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Third Sunday of each month (excluding July and August) Good Will Chapter #537, Norwalk hosts a dinner. It is at the Temple in Norwalk, serving from 11:00a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Cost is $6.00.
Fourth Friday of each month Council Bluffs Chapter - 130 South 6th St Council Bluffs host a spaghetti feed from 4:30pm to 6:30 PM Cost $6.00 Adults or $3.00 Pre-teens (spaghetti, salad, hot bread, desert, coffee, tea or lemonade)
